Turn off nearly all output messages.

Open an image window (necessary to plot 2D images).

Change the orientation to portrait.

Title in short format.

Set arcsecond units.

Open the file.

Build an index according to offsets.

Build a 2D array.

Display the whole index.

Define a polygon interactively to set spectral windows. By default the polygon is stored in a file window-1.pol.

Subtract a 1st order polynom to all records.

Display the result.

Change the polygon filename (to avoid overwritting it next time).

Delete output file if it exists.

Open the output file as new.

Make a loop over the index to subtract the baseline and write the result.

Display the result from the output file.
