akd-tools is a set of Linux tools to use easily Kollmorgen AKD servo drives with IgH EtherCAT master.
Basically these tools are wrappers based on commands
ethercat download and ethercat upload to use the AKD ASCII
channel (SDO 0x2026, index 1 and 2)
List of commands:

akd-term : an interactive telnet-like program.

akd-cmd : an utility to send AKD ASCII command from shell scripts.
