If you are coming to the Socorro SSR meeting, you can use the following to
make your reservations, request information about travel from Albuquerque to
Socorro, etc:

In the "misc" box near the bottom of the form, say that you are coming to
attend the ALMA Science Software Requirements Committee meeting so the
reservationist can try to group everyone in the same motel or the
