MODIFY SCALE 

        CLIC\MODIFY SCALE amplitude phase

    Multiply all data in the current index by this (complex)  scale  factor.
    To be used in case of emergency only!. Phase is interpreted according to
    the SET PHASE command (radians or degrees).
