AZIMUTH_AVERAGE 

        AZIMUTH_AVERAGE

    Compute  the  azimuthal sums and averages as a function of radius of one
    plane of a data cube. The  azimuthal  sums  and  averages  are  computed
    around the central pixel (i.e. nx/2+1, ny/2+1).
