This calibration may have been done using bad parameters (e.g. wrong Trec or Forward Efficiency or receiver gain ratios). Since all the measurement results are kept, it is possible to recompute a new solution. This can be done using the ATMOSPHERE command, after specifying the new input parameters using the SET ATMOSPHERE command.
