BURE1 is the HP workstation dedicated to telescope control and data acquisition. BURE2 is available for general purpose tasks. BURE2 shares (through an NFS mounted disk) the /data disk of BURE1.
Only a few users can log in BURE1, and only to do observations or tests during the maintenance periods. Allowed users are operator, root, broguier, perrigou, lucas, guillote.
