SET ALARM

                  SET ALARM Status

         Specifies the parameters of the OBS Alarm:

         - Status is ON or OFF

         - delay is the time duration (in seconds) after which the alarm signals
           abscence of data acquisition. It can be set to any time duration
           between 10 and 7*86400 (7 days).

         - loss is the amplitude loss (0-100) which is tolerated on the calibrat
           amplitudes, relative to the previously measured flux (FLUX
           command), in percent. If the loss is higher, the alarm is activated.

         - wind_limit is the minimum wind speed (in m/s) for which the
           wind direction alarm is activated. If the wind is higher, the alarm
           rings if any antenna is pointed to a direction within 90 degrees
           of the wind direction.
