SET FORWARD 

                  SET FORWARD F_eff /ANTENNA Iant /RECEIVER Irec

         Specifies the forward efficiency of antenna Iant.  Beam  efficiency
    is assumed equal to forward efficiency in all cases (antenna temperature
    scale). (Used only in MANUAL mode; otherwise F_eff  is  read  from  data
    file INTER_BASE feff.dat ).
