Spectral line maps

If spectral line emission is the prime interest, the UV table must be created using a SET SELECTION LINE USB L01 command for example. Flags are not channel based for the spectral correlator, but only subband based. Accordingly, the UV_MAP and CLEAN tasks can work on 3-D images with a common synthesized beam for all channels.
