DATA

In this section you will find the current data release from the Horsehead

WHISPER line survey. We will release more and more data as soon as it is

published.

You can download the dataset here: released-01.tar.gz.

The file "hh-whisper-catalog-r01.txt" contains a list of the detected

lines. The frequency, species name, energy of the upper and lower

level, and the Einstein coefficient are given for each line.

The data is gathered into the file "hh-whisper-spectra-r01.30m" that

contains 6 spectra. Two for each band (1mm, 2mm and 3mm) corresponding to

two different positions in the Horsehead: one at the photo-dissociation

region (-5",0") and the other at the dense core (20",22").

The data is given in the CLASS format. You will need to install the

GILDAS software, which is available in http://iram.fr/IRAMFR/GILDAS/,

together with the documentation. Once the installation is complete, you

just have to launch

   shell-prompt> class @ hh-whisper-view-r01.class

to browse through the different spectra.
