Correlators must operate at the optimum sampling level. This is performed by adjusting the output power of the receivers using variable attenuators. Command LEVELS performs the adjustment. Note that this adjustment must be done after receiver tuning, but before the delay measurements, because the attenuators contribute to the effective delay.
