OFFSETS

                  OBS\OFFSET Off\ Off\Beta [Off\Focus] [/HORIZON] [/BASIS]

         Defines source  or  focus  offsets  for  ALL   antennas.   Position
    offsets    are   in   the   current   angle   units.    In   the   BASIS
    coordinate system, they define the antenna and delay tracking center; in
    the HORIZONTAL coordinate system, only the antenna  tracking  center  is
    modified.  Focus offsets are in millimeters.

              OBS\OFFSET Off\ Off\Beta [/DELAY]

         Defines only the delay tracking offsets (a useful feature to  avoid
    artificial sources at the source position caused by correlator errors).
