                  OBS\ONOFF Off1 Off2 [System] [/TIME Tsub] [/SUBSCANS Nsub]

         Start a on-off multi-dish procedure.  Tsub is the integration  time
    on  each  position  (subscan  duration).   Off1 and Off2 are the angular
    offsets (in current angle units) for the reference position, and  System
    is  the  coordinate  system in which they are defined (Horizon or Basis,
    default as specified in SET OFFSET).  Nsub is  the  number  of  subscans
    pair;  default  value  is the number of subscans defined for single-dish
    measurements.

         Auto correlation are made without tweaking.  Data is written in the
    the  compressed  file  INTER\COMP:Date.IPB)  using  the  following  CLIC
    procedure :
